Shipping, Delivery & Pick Up

Couture USA has partnered with UPS and the United States Postal Service (USPS) to ensure fast and safe delivery of your packages. All orders placed through Couture USA are shipped fully insured. Orders of $500 USD or more will require signature upon delivery.

PLEASE NOTE:

A physical home address will be required for all shipments.
Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST will be shipped the following business day.
Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST on Friday will be shipped the following Monday.
Express - 2 business day delivery option does not include Saturday, Sunday and Holidays delivery.
We are unable to ship to post office boxes, 3rd-Party international shipping companies, or freight forwarding companies.

International Duties and Taxes

Please be aware that international shipments are subject to inspection by international customs authorities and in accordance with the law. All customs forms will be marked as "used" items and for the amount purchased (excluding shipping charges).

All taxes, duties, brokerage fees and expenses related to importation and compliance with local import country laws are exclusively the responsibility of you as the recipient. Refusal to pay customs and/or brokerage fees upon delivery will results in additional return shipping charges and/or fees. In such cases, you, as the customer, will be responsible for any additional charges/fees.

Please consult your local country Customs Service and other relevant authorities to confirm that no restrictions or special requirements will apply to your order. We are not responsible for delays or costs resulting from acts or decisions of local governmental agencies concerning the importation of your order.

In store Pick Up

We offer in store pick up for local customers.
We are open Monday through Friday from 10:00am to 6:00pm.
No pick up on Saturdays.

Please bring a valid ID and your confirmation email in order to pick up your order.
