PLEASE NOTE:

• We are unable to ship to post office boxes, 3rd-Party international shipping companies, or freight forwarding companies and will require a physical home or business address for all shipments.
• All orders placed online will be processed and shipped within two (2) business days following the initial order date.
• Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST will be shipped the following business day.
• Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST on Friday will be shipped the following Monday.
• If your order qualifies for free shipping and you decide to return your order for any reason, the shipping charges incurred by Couture Boutique will be deducted from your refund amount.

International Duties and Taxes

Please be aware that international shipments are subject to inspection by international customs authorities and in accordance with the law, Couture Boutique will not mark international shipments as a "gift" in an attempt to avoid customs fees. All customs forms will be marked as "used" items and for the amount purchased (excluding shipping charges).

All taxes, duties, brokerage fees and expenses related to importation and compliance with local import country laws are exclusively the responsibility of you as the recipient. Refusal to pay customs and/or brokerage fees upon delivery will results in additional return shipping charges. In such cases, you, as the customer, will be responsible for any additional charges incurred by Couture Boutique.

We are not responsible for delays or costs resulting from acts or decisions of local governmental agencies concerning the importation of your order.
