Shipping InformationCouture is proud to utilize the services of UPS, FedEx and the US Postal Service (USPS) for its shipping needs. All orders over $250 and shipped within the United States will also enjoy the benefit of FREE GROUND SHIPPING (shipping insurance not included).
NOTE: Starting 11/1/2009, all shipments will now include insurance and a direct signature request.
All orders placed online will be processed and shipped within two (2) business days following the initial order date and special order items or back order item will be shipped promptly after verification.
IMPORTANT: International customers will be responsible for payment of any applicable duties at the time an order arrives at its destination.

International customers will be responsible for payment of any applicable duties at the time an order arrives at its destination. You must contact your local Department of Commerce for any duty and taxes that may be added. Couture orders only include the cost of the item and the shipping. Any duty or taxes may be added at the time of delivery.
NOTE: In an effort to protect our customers and avoid fraud, we will only ship your order to the credit card billing address or confirmed PayPal address. If you require shipment to an alternate address, Couture reserves the right to require the following as proof of identification:
- Two (2) valid forms of photo identification that include the name, photograph and signature of the cardholder. Valid forms of identification include a valid passport, drivers license, military identification, or national ID card. At least one proof of identification must include the same address as the one entered during the order process. Without two forms of identification and at least one of the forms showing the recipient’s address, we will be unable to process your order.

A copy of the original credit card used to make the purchase. Please provide a copy of both the front and the back of the card, so that we are able to clearly see the card number, name on the card and the signature.
