Hassle-free Return/Exchange Policy
As one of the leading online designer resale boutiques, we continually strive to bring you the best in authentic designer items at discounted prices. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item(s) within 7 days of receipt and we will be happy to offer you one of the following return options:
RETURN OPTIONS:
- Exchange your item for another item in our retail store or on our website.
- Offer you a store credit valid for a period of one year from the date of issuance.
- Issue a full refund for your purchase (effective 12/20/2008).
How do I return an item?
To return an item that you have purchased, please refer to the following steps:
- Contact our customer support department to request a Return Authorization (RA) number. This authorization number will be required to process your return. Once you have been given the RA number, be sure that it is written in appropriate location on the return shipping label.
- Pack your items appropriately to ensure no damage during the return shipping process. Be sure to include all original packaging and enclosed materials including invoice, authenticity cards, and dust bags. All items must be returned in their original condition. Any items returned to Couture that are not in their original condition will be returned to you and no store credit will be issued.
- Ship the item(s) back to Couture. Ship your package(s) using your preferred shipping provider and be sure to include the RA number on the shipping slip. All item(s) must be returned (post marked) within 7 days of receipt. It is recommended that you purchase shipping insurance for the return shipment. You will be responsible for any items that are lost or damaged in the return shipping process.
Any items not returned with within this timeframe or any items returned without an RA number, may be rejected by Couture. You, as the customer, are responsible for any costs associated with return shipping.

- Couture will issue the store credit. The store credit and or exchange amount will be issued for the original total purchase amount less any shipping and handling fees you were charged. All store credits will be issued in the form of a gift certificate/coupon code that can be used for subsequent online in-store purchases for a period of one year from the date of issuance.
Damaged or Defective Merchandise
If you believe a product was shipped in error from Couture or is deemed to be defective, please contact Customer Service (service@coutureusa.com) so that we may resolve the problem ASAP. Please keep in mind that all returns must be made within 7 days of purchase.
Changes to the Exchange/Return Policy
