Sometimes you see an item on our site that you just can't live without, but it's
not quite the right time to buy it. Now with our convenient layaway program, that
handbag or pair of shoes is only a mouse click away!
How Do I Place a Layaway Order?
Placing a layaway order has never been easier. Please refer to the instructions
below for further details.
- Add the items that you want to purchase on layaway to your shopping cart by clicking
on the "ADD TO CART" link located on the product page.
- On your shopping cart page, select the "Yes, I want
to place this order on layaway" checkbox shown in green.
How Do I Make a Layaway Payment?
You have two options for making a layaway payment: online or by phone.
- Online Payment - To make your layaway payment online, simply
click on the "Make Payment" button below. This same page can be found by clicking on the "Make a Payment"
option under the "Layaway Program" link at the top of each page.
- Payment by Phone - To make your layaway payment by phone, call us toll-free
at 888.969.7455.
Layaway Terms & Conditions
- Layaway Period – Orders may be placed on layaway
for a maximum period of 60 days. Customers have the option of paying the layaway
order balance in full at any time prior to the completion of the 60-day layaway
period.
- Payment Terms – Orders placed on layaway require
a 30% down payment plus applicable taxes (FL residents only) and shipping charges
for the order.
- Eligibility - Only orders of $100 or more may
qualify for the layaway program.
- Allowed Forms of Payment - All layaway purchases
must be paid online via credit card or PayPal.
- Discounts - No online discounts, gift cards,
or coupons may be used in conjunction with a layaway order.
- Refunds – Layaway payments and related charges
are non-refundable and non-transferable.
- Returns/Exchanges - Returns or exchanges are
not accepted on layaway orders. Please be sure you review the item description and
photos thoroughly before making a purchase.
- Cancellation – Any layaway balance not paid upon
expiration of the 60-day layaway period will result in the cancellation of your
order.
- Shipping – Orders will be shipped once the layaway
balance has been paid in full.
NOTE: Layaway payments for purchases made in our retail store cannot be paid online
and must be paid in person at our retail store.
