Getting Started with the Consignment Process

Do you have designer items that you haven't worn in months? Are you running out of space in your closet? Are looking to earn extra money for your new wardrobe? Getting started with the Couture Designer Resale Process is as simple as 3 easy steps.

1. Contact Couture Boutique to Review Items

Please complete our Online Quote Request form for all of your items or contact our retail store to speak with one of our resale consultants (888.969.7455). Our resale consultant will review your list of items with you to be sure that each item meets our brand and quality standards and to avoid any unnecessary shipping costs. Any items shipped to Couture without prior approval from our resale consultants will not be accepted and will be immediately returned to you.

2. Download, Review and Sign the Couture Boutique Consignment Contract

Before preparing your items for shipment to Couture, please be sure to download and sign the Couture Designer Resale Consignment Contract.

Please be sure to include the resale contract with your shipment. If the signed contract is not included with your shipment, there may be delays in processing and/or selling your items.

3. Pack and Ship Your Items

Couture will accept items shipped by any of the following method:

UPS
FedEx
USPS (US Postal Service)
Drop-off at our retail location (by appointment only)

Please be sure to review the final pre-shipping checklist before sending your items.

PLEASE NOTE:
Consignors that ship their items to Couture from outside of the United States will be responsible for pre-paying all customs and brokerage fees (where applicable). Couture Boutique will not accept packages where customs and/or brokerage fees have not been pre-paid, nor will Couture be responsible for any return shipping costs that may arise in such cases.
