International ShippingAlthough we do our best to ship to most countries, we regret that we are unable to accept credit cards from some countries. If your country is not available in our drop-down list during the "Address Book" step of the checkout process, we are unable to ship orders to that country.
All international orders will be shipped via UPS or FedEx. Delivery times may vary depending on your country and the shipping option selected.
Required Purchase InformationIn an effort to protect our customers and avoid fraud, we will only ship your order to the credit card billing address or confirmed PayPal address. Prior to shipping your package, Couture reserves the right to require the following as proof of identification:
- Two (2) valid forms of photo identification that include the name, photograph and signature of the cardholder. Valid forms of identification include a valid passport, drivers license, military identification, or national ID card. At least one proof of identification must include the same address as the one entered during the order process. Without two forms of identification and at least one of the forms showing the recipient’s address, we will be unable to process your order.

A copy of the original credit card used to make the purchase. Please provide a copy of both the front and the back of the card, so that we are able to clearly see the card number, name on the card and the signature.

Couture reserves the right to cancel any order that does not meet the "proof of identification" requirements.
PayPal PaymentsIf you have elected to pay for your order using PayPal payment service, please note that Couture Boutique will only ship to a confirmed PayPal address, no exceptions. For more information on how to confirm your PayPal shipping address, please contact PayPal directly at www.paypal.com.
International RestrictionsThe following restrictions apply to international orders:
Flammable Items: We cannot ship products that contain flammable liquid or lamp oils.
From time to time, other restrictions may apply to international orders. To make shopping easier for you, we recommend you contact our customer service department to confirm that we are able to ship your desired item(s) to you. If we determine, after you have placed your order, that we are unable to ship your desired item(s) to you, we will notify you by e-mail and will cancel your order.
International Duties and Taxes
All international shipments must list the value of merchandise on the outside of the package for customs reasons. All taxes, duties, brokerage fees and expenses related to importation and compliance with local import country laws are exclusively the responsibility of the recipient. All orders are shipped FOB-Tampa, FL. Once we have accepted your order and shipped the product, we will make no refunds and accept no returns.
Please consult your local country Customs Service and other relevant authorities to confirm that no restrictions or special requirements will apply to your order. We are not responsible for delays or costs resulting from acts or decisions of local governmental agencies concerning the importation of your order.
Please be aware that international shipments are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities. As a result and in accordance with the law, Couture Boutique cannot mark international shipments as a "gift" in an attempt to avoid customs fees. All customs forms will be marked as "used" items and for the amount purchased (excluding an shipping charges).
IMPORTANT: Refusal to pay customs and/or brokerage fees upon delivery will results in additional return shipping charges. In such cases, you, as the customer, will be responsible for any additional charges incurred by Couture Boutique.
