What to Expect After Your Items Have Been Shipped

Once you're items have been shipped and received by Couture, our designer consultants will perform the final evaluation of all items. Any items that we feel we will be unable to sell will be returned to you. The items that we accept will then be priced appropriately, pending your approval, and you will be sent an updated list of all accepted items and their corresponding prices.

The Consignment Period

The consignment period will run for a term of 90 days. All items are subject to regularly schedule markdown periods occurring at 30 day intervals from the initial date of consignment or at any time per the discretion of Couture. If any merchandise is not sold within the 90-day consignment period, you have the option of extending your consignment period for an additional three months or Couture will mail back your items upon your request.

Receiving Payment for Your Items

In all cases where your Consignor items are sold, you will receive a payment in the amount of 50-70% of the selling price (depending on the brand of item(s) and the agreed upon commission percentage between Couture Boutique and the Consignor). All payments will be remitted to you in person at our retail store for consignors living in the Tampa Bay area. All other checks for Consignors living outside the Tampa Bay area will be mailed upon request of the Consignor. Couture shall pay all amounts due between the 10th and 20th of each month following the sale of an item.
