For each item on the itemization sheet, please be sure to inlcude the following information:

Your Contact Information

• Account # - Please leave this field blank.  Your account number will be provided by Couture upon receipt of your consignment items.
• Name - Please include your first and last name.
• Email - Please include your email address.
• Telephone - Please include the number(s) we can use to contact you.
• Address - Please include your mailing address.

Your Item Information

• Brand
• Color
• Item Description
• Size (if applicable)
• Suggested Price - Couture reserves the right to price any item at its own discretion.
• Final Price - Please leave this field blank.  The final price of your items will be provided by Couture upon receipt of your consignment items.
