I received my bag in 3 days and I didn’t even pay for expedited shipping. The bag came with the dust bag, box, and authentication card as well as extra beads. I could not be happier with my purchase. Truly reasonable prices and I will definitely be shipping from here again!

Happy with LV Wapity case. Is gently used as described. Shipped promptly. Always happy that Couture USA has good return policy as opposed to bag purchases from a very large consignment shop that doesn’t accept returns on bags. I’ve bypassed many expensive items there because of that. Appreciate that Couture allows buyers to look at item in hand.

I love that Coutureusa sells fashion brands that are affordable besides top design brands. Coach, Tory Burch, Rebecca Minkoff and Kate Spade are my favorite of the lower brands. My latest purchase was a beautiful Rebecca minkoff crossbody that was in beautiful condition and smelled so nice. I received the bag in a timely manner and I will continue to buy from this website.

One of the best shopping experiences in my life! The shipment was super fast and professional. All the communication with the Couture-ladies was pleasant and relaxed. They really care about their customers! I bought a Gucci cardigan with only 4 stars and was ready to spend some time to restore it’s initial good look. But the item I got in my parcel was impeccably clean and almost new, it didn’t have any lint or stretch marks on the fabric. It looks gorgeous!
I recently have decided to go to the journey and I understood that my clothes and other things couldn't be fitted into my old bag. I thought that the best option is to go to the internet and find some stores which are specialized in selling bags for luggage. I found this company and started to look through the assortment it has. My LV agenda arrived in great condition exactly as described. It looks even better than in the pictures! The outer cover, rings and credit card slots are pristine. I was not able to buy the product, as 4 confirmed orders were canceled without reasons. I have tried multiple different credit cards, AmazonPay, and PayPal. All got rejected even tough all payment methods were covered. Customer service was friendly, but in the end, I could not (!) spend more than 1k USD for a product I wanted to buy.
Exceptionally bad experience. My assumption is, the product is actually not available and people are just lured to the store. Can absolutely NOT recommend.

Unfortunately, since the order had different names and addresses, our system flagged each order attempt as high risk of fraud, in response we were unable to move forward with the orders. Even though the original payment methods were accepted, they are just pending transactions that can be cancelled or captured.
We would have loved to be able to sell you the handbag you ordered but as we explain the reasons to you on over email communication, the risk was too high. For future reference, we recommend contacting us so we may be able to process the order over the phone verifying the customer identity.
We can assure you that all the products that are shown on our website are available to buy online or in our retail store. We have been in business for almost 18 years and ship all verified orders within one business day.

I love everything about this shop. The shop is always clean, the ladies are AMAZING and the quality of the products are accurately represented online. I am never disappointed when I go in to get an item. Well except when its already been sold.
